MADHABAN,SHARMAN , KAREENA, BOMAN IRANI ALL WERE THERE.WHAT I REMEMBER ALL THE WAY OR YOU CAN SAY ALL THE DAYS OF 2010 I CAN NOT FORGET SILENCER / CHATUR/OMI EVEN IF I DONOT WANT TO REMEMBER HIM. Transformation is part of an actor’s skill set. I believe all 3 actors in this film transformed themselves credibly across the age divide. So this should be to their credit not their discredit.
That said, I heartily agree with you about the importance of giving original story credit upfront. Vidhu Vinod Chopra bears responsibility for keeping up with global professional standards set by in this regard, however much the story may have repurposed for the mass cinema audience.
